| “Patience, patience…” but… “WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO BE ONLINE WITH THE NEW M2E?” and “IT’S BEEN YEARS - WE’RE WAITING!” Well that basically is the average tone of discussion going on between M2E core members and regular ones; so let’s try to sort things out. Who are the M2E core members? M2E Core members are a large group of people (original founders, directors and experts) who are working behind the scenes to make M2E a successful company and a market hit. Among them there are professionals of several disciplines and they are working on a voluntary basis. This group was created by Mike Leonard (the mind and vision behind the whole M2E concept) over the years and several reshufflings and selections were to ensure that M2E could count on women and men of solid skills and proven experience. So why, after years, does it seem that M2E is still far from completion? Ok, then what’s really going on these days? Everybody seems to be extremely busy while regular members are lacking updates… tsk, tsk, that’s not good. Wasn’t M2E going to be a New World owned by its members?!! Yes! And it still is! As M2E Communication Director it’s in my interest and it’s my duty to explain to all of you a little bit more about the M2E creation. After a long path of ups and downs, sometimes due to our mistakes, and some others due to third parties’ unreliability, we have reached a point of pretty good stability and development. These days, core members and our programmers’ team are refining the new M2E and its applications to ensure our site will be able to cope with the initial clash, when our servers encounter a geometric progression in an increase of members’ numbers, and with intensive daily use from millions of members around the globe. From outside it may seem a quite difficult but not impossible task; but only from the inside can one grasp the real dimension of how many things are behind a nice page and some cool applications. Our concerns for security pushed us to painstakingly test and check whatever scenario we could encounter as we want to offer to our fellow members a safe and comfortable environment where they can have fun with family and friends, start or promote their business and also get a share of the wealth that M2E will create. As most of you already know, we (the core members) decided that M2E must remain independent; that is to not give away, to any aggressive funds or investor companies, control of our baby; this slowed us down a bit but we were able to pay for everything using only our private money. Several members in M2E put their hands in their pockets because they realized that this was perhaps the only way and, once the site and its activities starts to create wealth, to ensure that only the M2E members would fully share these benefits and still have control of their company. As we’re not greedy people and we want to create a really big and fair company, we gave each new member a certain number of our shares for free. We still have some but not so many as in the old days. The remaining shares will be available for Metoos-to-shares conversion until they’re gone (i.e. no more shares available) for every M2E member. “OK, then where are we now?” In a few words (as I cannot tell you about every detail yet): 1) Our new M2E site is almost ready and several sections are under testing and scrutiny; 2) We reached completion for a set of stable applications, that you will all be able to use within M2E for free, and some new and innovative apps are under development; 3) Our members’ database is now tidy and performing, being able to support the millions of new members we expect to acquire in the coming months; 4) We’re preparing Android, iOS and Windows Phone versions of M2E to allow our members maximum mobility; 5) We’re structuring the way we will share benefits with our members (yes, the money); 6) We launched our first good cause initiative, TreeHa!, a huge global reforestation plan that everybody can access and fund (packages available in the TreeHa! store) helping local, rural economies and the environment in this way (www.treeha.com). And now the top question that everybody asks these days: When are we going to go ‘LIVE’? The answer is short and simple; if you remember, we told you 2012 was the yearwhen M2E would blossom… so, within this spring* the new M2E will be online and available. If I own some land or know people with land, can I create a partnership with TreeHa!?
Maybe!
TreeHa! Eco is being developed and discussions are under way in Brazil and India. In Brazil we are examining the potential for planting up to 900,000 eucalyptus trees, whilst in India we are exploring an agreement to plant an agroforest on thousands of acres of land. Success will lead to TreeHa! gaining direct access to the land and a greater degree of control over planting and benefits for our Members. Within this part of the project will be the creation of eco-lodges, enabling TreeHa! Members to eventually take working holidays in a range of developing nations where they can learn directly about the care of forests and the wildlife within them.

The atmosphere is a dynamic natural gaseous system essential to supporting life on planet Earth. Stratospheric ozone depletion, due to air pollution, is one of the biggest problems we face.
